My name is Janice Frisco. I was recruited by South Carolina Real Estate
Investors because of my extensive customer service background. I was born
and raised in a small town in Michigan which gave me an appreciation for
service, small town business, and catering to peoples needs.It was there I
first learned the importance of superior customer service and the impact it
would have on a Real Estate transaction. Follow up and research lend to a
successful experience when purchasing a home, and no one knows that better
than me. After graduating from high school I moved to Orlando Florida. I met
my husband of 16 years and we started our family. We have one son who is
now 9 years old.
I became licensed to sell real estate in 2007 in Orlando and soon
realized the real estate opportunities available in the Carolinas.
It became our dream to move to the Carolinas and take advantage of
the reasonable prices, culture, and beautiful climate. We love the
welcoming and hospitable feel of the area, and have really enjoyed
being here. I am very active in the community. I volunteer at Cherokee
Trail elementary whenever I can, and I have been an active Boy Scout
mother. Because I hold a high value on family, most of my hobbies
center around activities that our family can enjoy together. I love the
outdoors and we are avid campers when time permits.
